TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All purchases will be made with Sunbaked Serpents will be made under these terms unless specified otherwise in writing. The contents of our web site cannot be copied without our written consent.

All animals will be sold on a first paid, first served basis. Payments must be made in advance of shipment (NO COD'S). We accept money orders, cashier's check, credit cards VIA pay-pal and personal check. (Note: If paying by personal check allow 14 days for the funds to clear the bank.)

We will only ship out animals when the outside temperature is above 40°. This helps to ensure that the animals arrive alive and not in distress. We currently ship ONLY within the continental United States.

We stand behind a 100% customer satisfaction on all animals. Any claims of dissatisfaction MUST be received and verified within the first 48 hours after shipment has been received. On any DOA arrival, no replacements or refunds will be made unless we can document the death of the animal. Please contact us immediately. Freight and shipping charges are nonrefundable. The animal's temperament is not justification for dissatisfaction. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the animals will be guaranteed to have eaten at least twice prior to shipment. If we do not hear from you within the 48-hour time period, we will assume that you are a satisfied customer.

The animal's sex is guaranteed. In case of an error, either we will replace the animal with one of the same species of the proper sex or we will refund your payment.
